Velleron offers direct access to the Via Venaissia (Velo v861) a cycle route that runs through the Comtat Venaissin region and connects EuroVelo 8 and 17.

La route 11 takes them from Velleron to Pernes-Les-Fontaines, L'isle-Sur-La-Sorgue and Le Thor.

Three routes lead up the legendary Mont Ventoux.
The trails in the hills of Velleron are especially suitable for mountain biking.
